The Gathering Center comprises 3 adjoining areas of approximately 1,506 square feet, and also includes the use of the facilities kitchen.

Occupancy is limited based on the combination and use of tables.

  • Round Tables - 96 guests (maximum tables of 12 with 8 per table)
  • Rectangle tables - 120 guests (maximum tables of 15 with 8 per table)
  • Reception layout - 80 quests (maximum of 10 round tables)
  • Seminar with tables - 72 guests (maximum of 18 tables, 4 per table)
  • Weddings & Seminars without tables - 110 guests (includes chairs only)

    The Conference Room
    The conference room is best used as a business room, gift room or for small gatherings. With rental of conference room the welcoming area is also included. Capacity in the Conference Room is limited to 12 people, due to large conference table.

    Extras
    To make your event a success, the Dille Center can make the following items available.
  • Sound system with CD player, cassette player and remote microphone.
  • Karaoke system.
  • Table linens and/or table skirts.
  • TV and VCR.
  • Overhead projector.
  • Portable easel with white board and writing pad
  • Full service - set up and take down of all tables and chairs for your event.

  • Chairs and Tables
    A limited number of chairs and tables will be provided for free. Additional chairs and tables can be provided at an additional fee.

    Catering
    The Dille Center is set up to provide you with different catering options. Our catering services are available for any event. We can work to arrange a menu perfect for your affair. Tell us what you want and we'll try our best to get it. An outside catering fee is assessed, if any outside food is brought into the facility not under Dille Center management. Wedding and Birthday cakes are the exception to this fee. Please contact the Dille Center for more information about pricing and menu options.
